Terms of Use

The seller and legal entity you are contracting with is Innovatr Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Jobstimate. References to “Jobstimate”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean Innovatr Group Limited. You can contact us at hello@jobstimate.biz.

You must be 18 or over and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Jobstimate produces AI-generated estimates from the photos and information you supply. They are a starting point to help you price work quickly. You remain responsible for checking every line item, rate, quantity and assumption before you send a quote to a customer. Jobstimate is not a substitute for your professional judgement, a site survey, or compliance with building regulations and safety requirements.

You keep ownership of the photos, job details, logos and quotes you add. You give us the licence needed to store and process that content so we can run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you submit, including any customer details or images of their property.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. A Week Pass, estimate top-up and Design Pack are one-off purchases that do not renew. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable, and may change with notice at renewal.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are operated by Innovatr Group Limited. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf; we never see or store your card details. Our refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy.

Jobstimate is provided and sold by Innovatr Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, which is the seller and merchant of record for every order. Stripe acts solely as our payment processor.

Innovatr Group Limited is responsible for order processing, invoicing, applicable tax collection, customer support and refund requests.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Jobstimate purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date by emailing us. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Innovatr Group Limited retains all rights in the Jobstimate service — the software, models, prompts, designs, documentation, branding and trade marks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You may not reverse engineer it, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent usage limits.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to break security or access other users' data, no scraping or reselling estimates as your own product, and no uploading content that infringes someone else's rights. We can suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We work hard to keep Jobstimate available and usable offline where possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, under-priced jobs, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. On closure we will delete or anonymise your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
